We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Program Support Service to help make a positive social change, together.
Location: Based in Lismore or Ballina with travel throughout the Northern Rivers

What you'll be doing
- Directly supporting homeowners, particularly those with complex needs, to navigate the Resilient Homes Program (RHP)
- Providing trauma informed case management, guidance and coordination services.
- Collaborate across a variety of community-based organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for community members
- Gain valuable experience working with people at a vulnerable time in their lives
- Receive support through reflective practice, internal and group supervisions.
- Broaden your skill set through diverse and meaningful work
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion, community engagement, or similar
- Experience and understanding of the Resilient Homes Program, or similar with the ability to provide expert guidance and navigation of the program.
- Experience providing high-quality, compassionate, customer-centred support, increasing capacity through effective case management.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to ensure effective relationships
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
