For most of our participants, you'll be the moment their NDIS journey stops feeling overwhelming. That's not a small thing - and it doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone who can hold a complicated process lightly, move quickly without cutting corners, and make a person feel heard in the same breath as getting them sorted.

What you'll be doing
- Turning first conversations into same-day enrolments making a process that could feel bureaucratic feel easy instead
- Talking to participants, families, carers and support coordinators every day, often when things are confusing for them and clarity is exactly what they need
- Holding the detail (eligibility, consent, plan data, CRM records) with the kind of accuracy that means nothing falls through the cracks downstream
- Explaining plan management options in plain language so people can make a real decision, not just agree to something they don't fully understand
- Noticing where the process could be smoother and actually saying so
You're the right person if...
- You've worked in a customer-facing role where pace and accuracy had to coexist and you managed both without dropping either
- People have told you you're calm in situations where other people aren't
- You can explain something complex to someone who's stressed without making them feel silly
- You take real pride in the behind-the-scenes detail that most people never notice but everyone benefits from
- You don't know everything about the NDIS yet but you're the kind of person who will
