We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated People Systems Advisor to join our awesome People Team! This is a full-time permanent position (38 hours per week), based in our Northcote office with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience working with HR / People systems or in an HR role with exposure to system processes (bonus points for experience within Cornerstone or Humanforce)

Experience supporting or maintaining system processes, workflows or data, with a willingness to learn system configuration and functionality

Experience supporting system changes such as enhancements, updates or new features, including testing or rollout support

A sense of curiosity, a drive for performance improvement, and a keen eye for detail

Experience working with people data, including maintaining accuracy, understanding impacts and supporting data integrity

Self motivation, excellent documentation skills and process mapping
What You'll Do

Support the effective use, optimisation and continuous improvement of ECMS’ People systems, delivering practical value to the People team and broader organisation

Work at the intersection of people, systems and data with a focus on how systems are experienced and used in day-to-day operations

Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements, support data accuracy and generate meaningful insights that inform decision-making

Troubleshoot issues, support enhancements and act as a key liaison with external vendors and technical partners where deeper expertise is required

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen adoption and enhance reporting, helping ensure people systems are intuitive, reliable and aligned with organisational needs.
