AZ Metals is a growing metal and glass fabrication company based in Sydney, with over 20+ years in the field,
specialising in balustrades, handrails, and custom fabrication various structural and architectural products.
With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic
Marketing & Office Assistant to support both our business operations and marketing activities.
The Role
This is a diverse position combining marketing coordination and administrative support. It’s an excellent
opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and develop skills in both areas. Training
will be provided, but we are looking for a candidate who is organised, creative, proactive, switched on, and
eager to contribute to the growth of the business.

What You’ll Do
- Help with social media posts, Online updates, and marketing materials
- Keep our brand looking sharp (photos, flyers, capability statements etc.)
- Assist with day-to-day admin (emails, quotes, invoicing, scheduling)
- Keep files and records tidy and up to date
- Give general support to the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Someone organised and proactive
- Comfortable with computers (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Basic social media / marketing skills (Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- A positive, can-do attitude
Nice to Have (but not essential)
- Some marketing or admin experience
- Familiarity with construction or trades
- Design/creative tools like Canva or Adobe etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $34.95 per hour
Work Location: In person
