We are seeking a reliable and organised Receivals & Dispatch Coordinator to provide critical overnight operational coverage and ensure the smooth flow of stock through our warehouse operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations General Manager, the Receivals & Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing early inbound and outbound stock movements, supporting order preparation activities, and ensuring the warehouse is operational from midnight.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on operator who is comfortable working independently, operating a forklift, coordinating warehouse activities and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Commence operations between 12:00am - 2:00am and provide critical early-shift warehouse coverage.
- Receive, unload, count and identify incoming stock and documentation upon arrival.
- Update warehouse systems with receivals and stock movement information.
- Ensure orders are picked, staged, checked and loaded accurately.
- Verify customer quantities, pallet labels, traceability requirements and transport documentation.
- Coordinate outbound load-outs to ensure on-time departures.
- Operate forklifts and undertake loading and unloading activities.
- Support order make-up activities and inventory management requirements.
- Participate in stock counts and stock reconciliation activities.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
About You
Essential
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution operations.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Experience with stock receivals, dispatch and inventory processes.
- Ability to work independently on a midnight shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within fresh produce, food manufacturing, cold storage or warehousing environments.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management systems.
- Experience with transport documentation and dispatch coordination.
- Understanding of food safety requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
