We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help build our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, filming real-world activities, editing videos, managing social media accounts, and helping businesses grow their online presence.
You will work closely with our management team and technicians to capture and showcase real customer stories, technical projects, behind-the-scenes activities, and educational content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video and written content for social media platforms.
- Visit customer sites and company locations to capture content where required.
- Film technicians performing repairs, installations and support activities.
- Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create educational technology tips and customer success stories.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Assist in growing the company's social media presence and brand awareness.
- Coordinate customer testimonials and case studies.
- Maintain consistency of branding and messaging across all channels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong video filming and editing skills.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and generate content ideas.
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
- Experience creating content for service-based businesses is highly regarded.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Graphic design experience.
- Familiarity with technology, computers or consumer electronics.
