Join the Team Behind Technology That Supports Healthcare! Grampians Health is seeking a customer focused IT Support & Administration Officer to join our Digital Health Services team. This exciting fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to combine administration, procurement, financial processing, asset management, and frontline IT support within one of regional Victoria's largest health services. Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and delivery receipting.
- Maintaining IT asset, warranty, licensing, and procurement records.
- Coordinating with suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support purchasing activities.
- Managing stock control, equipment allocation, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Ensuring the accuracy of information within ITSM and financial systems.
- Delivering professional customer service and support across Grampians Health.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts administration, or business support activities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business applications.
- Well-developed problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Previous experience in IT support, administration or procurement will be highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, accounting, information technology, or a related discipline are desirable, but not essential.
