Why this role matters:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT commissioning activities for new aged care facilities and major site expansion projects across Australia. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and travel as you help bring new facilities online and ensure they're fully operational from day one.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will be the technical lead responsible for delivering the IT components of commissioning projects. From reviewing designs and coordinating vendors to overseeing infrastructure deployment, testing, go-live activities and handovers to BAU support teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our sites are operationally ready and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities

Leading the technical delivery of IT commissioning activities for new facilities and major expansions.

Conducting site surveys and coordinating infrastructure deployments.

Reviewing and managing technical designs, variations and infrastructure requirements.

Designing and implementing network, communications room and end-user technology solutions.

Coordinating vendors, installers and technical delivery partners.

Managing cutovers, commissioning testing, system integration and go-live activities.

Producing technical documentation, commissioning plans, rack layouts, equipment labelling plans and acceptance checklists.

Ensuring Service Desk and operational teams are ready to support new sites.

Managing risks, dependencies and project milestones.

Providing technical leadership and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Supporting Level 3 incident management and critical outage response when required.
About You
-
Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, site deployments, commissioning programs or large-scale technology implementations.

Strong technical knowledge across networking, infrastructure, end-user computing and IT operations.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams.

Demonstrated success managing go-live, cutover and mobilisation activities.

Strong project planning, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A hands-on approach with the confidence to work on-site and tackle technical challenges directly.

Willingness to travel nationally as required
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
Mandatory Requirements -
Current National Police Check or willing to obtain

Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.
