About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Casual Chef to join our kitchen team for approximately 30 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a passionate team in a busy, quality-focused venue.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant or café
- Strong knowledge of food safety
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and flexible with evening and weekend availability
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
