As an Administration Officer within the Clinical Trials Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy multidisciplinary team. Working closely with clinical staff, you will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate a range of tasks, manage documentation and records, and contribute to the smooth delivery of clinical trial activities.
This varied role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can confidently build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and have demonstrated experience managing administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency. You are quick to learn new programs, systems and technologies, with a proven ability to support colleagues, resolve system-related issues, and encourage the efficient use of organisational applications and processes.
With the ability to prioritise workloads, work independently under broad supervision, and adapt to changing priorities, you are someone who takes initiative, seeks continuous improvement opportunities, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
What you'll be doing
As a member of the research team you will be responsible for office management and logistics which will assist the Clinical Research Staff of the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute Coffs Harbour Clinical Trials Unit supporting the Coffs Harbour area of the MNCLHD outpatient population.
