Job Function: Sales and Marketing
Employment Type:
At Vinarchy, we're redefining wine.
Home to some of the world's most recognised wine brands including Jacob's Creek, Hardys, St Hugo and Petaluma, we're building a business that combines heritage with fresh thinking. As part of our in-house Creative team, you'll help bring our brands to life across retail, digital, social media, events, shopper marketing and everything in between.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who loves variety, enjoys working at pace and is excited by the opportunity to create great work across multiple brands and channels.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Content & Creative East, & based in the Sydney office, this is a fast-paced, hands-on graphic design role where no two days are the same.
You'll work across a broad mix of projects including campaign rollouts, social content, video creation, retail activation, digital assets and brand creative. One day you might be creating social content, the next briefing a creative agency on assets required, adapting existing campaign assets or developing creative for a new product launch.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time.
What You'll Be Doing
Shaping how our brands show up - helping define the visual world of Jacob's Creek, St Hugo, Petaluma and more, not just executing someone else's version of it
Championing our visual identity across everything we make, and holding the line on it when work comes back from agencies and partners
Getting in early on briefs, so design thinking is in the room while the idea is still forming
Designing and making the work: campaign creative, social content, video, retail and shopper assets
Creating and editing video and motion content for social, retail screens and campaigns
Briefing and steering external creative agencies and production partners, then judging what comes back
Taking an idea from a scribble on a call to a finished, on-brand asset, fast
Confidently self-managing multiple jobs and deadlines at once, prioritising your own workload, planning your time effectively and proactively communicating where priorities or timelines need to shift.
Setting the craft bar for the brands you look after
About You
You'll likely bring experience from a creative agency, FMCG business or another fast-paced commercial environment where you've successfully balanced multiple projects and stakeholders.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Are a strong all-round designer who enjoys hands-on execution
Have experience creating both static and video content
Can successfully manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Are a maker first - you'd rather open the file and show us than talk it through in a meeting
Have a point of view on how a brand should look, and can defend it in a sentence
Move fast without dropping the craft - pace is part of your standard, not a trade-off against it
Get energy from variety and would be bored somewhere with one brand and a six-month lead time
Have a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across different channels and brands
Are curious about emerging technologies and how tools such as AI can support creative work
Want to keep learning, growing and building your career
Essential Skills
Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Experience creating video content and basic motion graphics
Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
Ability to explain your creative thinking and design decisions
Understanding of best practice content design for different platforms
Can do attitude, plus excellent organisation & time management skills
Nice to Have:
Figma experience
Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
