About the Role
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will take ownership of the preschool room, lead the educational program, and mentor educators while creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality practices aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the preschool room
- Plan and implement engaging school readiness programs
- Mentor and support educators within the room
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
About You
- Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience leading a preschool room
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child protection
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
