The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and people-focused Office Manager to join our Adelaide team on a full-time basis. This key position will lead and manage the Administration team to ensure service delivery excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure client-needs are met;
- coordinating firm and team-based events as required;
- facilitating the induction process for new staff members;
- managing budgets and spending for areas such as stationery, catering orders and stock, petty cash, office furniture, etc.
- overseeing the ISO27001 auditing process and ensure compliance;
- identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations;
- collaborating with other interstate teams and key stakeholders as appropriate; and
- performing general administrative duties as required.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager, within the professional services industry and previous experience in fast-paced administrative roles. You will have a can-do attitude, excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
