The Role
The Administration Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Home Care team by providing efficient and responsive administrative support. The role is responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, payroll support, client documentation, reporting, audits, and general office administration, contributing to the effective delivery of Home Care services.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications

A qualification and experience relevant to the role and function of this position
Experience
A solid understanding and experience in working in an Aged Care Community Service
A working understanding of health and safety requirements relevant to the position
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs including word, excel, power point and outlook
Essential skills
Well-developed written and verbal skills
Understanding of and empathy with the needs of CALD communities
Ability to engage with people and promote MiCare services
Self-motivated and seeking professional growth
Enjoy working within a team environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a culturally sensitive manner within an ethno-specific environment
