Help Maximise Outcomes for Participants and the Organisation
We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused NDIS Funding Contracts Officer to join our growing Finance team.
Reporting to the NDIS Finance Transformation Manager, this role is responsible for managing service agreements, funding information and contract administration to support accurate billing and funding optimisation across our NDIS services. Working closely with Operations, Finance and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring participant funding is effectively managed while maintaining compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As the NDIS Funding Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for:

Developing, maintaining and reviewing NDIS service agreements and contracts.

Ensuring service agreements are financially sustainable and aligned to participant needs.

Managing agreement renewals, expiries and contract reviews.

Reviewing and approving service quotes across the business.

Monitoring participant funding utilisation and maintaining accurate funding records.

Managing client information and funding documentation within organisational systems.

Maintaining client records and service agreement data within VisualCare and other platforms.

Setting up debtors in NetSuite and managing service bookings as required.

Working closely with Operations to ensure services align with funding availability and support requirements.

Providing regular reporting on funding utilisation, contract status and client-related data.

Liaising with support coordinators, plan managers, participant representatives and internal stakeholders to resolve contract and funding-related matters.

Supporting billing processes and client claims administration when required.
About You
You are highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of NDIS funding and a passion for ensuring participants receive the services they need.
Essential Skills & Experience

Understanding of NDIS funding arrangements and participant plans.

Knowledge of financial principles and funding administration.

Experience in customer service, administration or support roles within disability, health or community services.

Strong contract management and administrative skills.

Excellent computer literacy and systems experience.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable

Experience using NDIS software platforms.

Previous experience in plan management, service coordination or funding administration.

Sales or stakeholder engagement experience.
