Education Counsellor / Student Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor / Student Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
As an Education Consultant, you will guide international students in choosing suitable courses, institutions, and career pathways in Australia. You will support students throughout the admission process, provide visa-related guidance, and build strong relationships with education providers and prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel international students on study options and career pathways in Australia
- Assist students with course selection, applications, and enrolment processes
- Provide accurate information regarding student visas and education requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolments
- Build and maintain relationships with students, education providers, and partners
- Achieve recruitment and enrolment targets while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in education consulting, student recruitment, admissions, or migration services
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the Australian education system and international student processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Migration Agent registration is an advantage but not essential

Pay: $66,034.89 – $117,088.86 per year
