We are looking for a passionate, Chef to join the team at Bondi's Brown Sugar!
Brown Sugar is a local neighbourhood Bistro of 31 years - ranking in the top 3 Restaurants in Bondi Beach on TripAdvisor. Brown Sugar is a 65-seater restaurant run by a small team of passionate industry professionals committed to delivering the most memorable fine dining experience.
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role
- Equivalent to at least an AQF diploma
- Ability to work across all sections
- Positive attitude
- Fast and efficient worker
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
- The want to grow and develop career within the company
