Position Details
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Palm Lake Resort, Paynesville. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term role, working closely with the Sales team to guide prospective purchasers through the sales journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to settlement and handover.
As an integral part of the sales team, you will play a vital role in showcasing our luxury lifestyle offering, nurturing prospective purchasers and their families, and ensuring the highest possible conversion from enquiry to sale.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales enquiries and guide prospective purchasers through the end-to-end sales process

Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and their families to support sales conversion

Conduct display home and resort tours, presenting the Palm Lake lifestyle offering in a professional and engaging manner

Convert leads into purchasers while supporting sales targets and conversion outcomes

Maintain presentation standards of display homes to ensure a premium customer experience

Maintain regular communication with deposit holders to sustain engagement and support settlement outcomes

Assist with purchaser selections, contract documentation, deposits and handover processes

Liaise with internal teams regarding settlements, build progress and purchaser variations

Support the planning and delivery of promotional events and purchaser engagement activities

Maintain accurate sales records, database management and marketing collateral availability
