Position Summary

We’re looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid media and performance marketing channels, driving growth and efficiency across key digital platforms. This is a role with real scope to shape how we approach performance marketing as we continue to expand locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across key channels including Search (SEM), SEO, Google Shopping, Programmatic and Affiliates
- Own and optimise the R.M.Williams Google Ads account, driving campaign performance and ROI
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and translate these into clear optimisation actions
- Partner with agencies to deliver strong SEO outcomes, including keyword strategy and technical alignment
- Oversee programmatic and affiliate activity to improve performance and partner contribution
- Drive testing, experimentation and continuous improvement across all performance channels
Experience / Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise across SEM, SEO and paid media channels
- Strong platform knowledge, particularly Google Ads and analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
- Experience in managing in-house teams, managing agencies and working across multi-channel strategies
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator, able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
