Branch Coordinator

Full time | $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Hoseright Canning Vale is looking for a reliable and motivated Branch Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take care of daily operations, support customers, and ensure the workshop is organised and efficient.
This isn’t about managing a team – it’s about being the point of contact on site, coordinating with mobile technicians and head office, and making sure the branch delivers great service every day.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily branch operations
· Assist walk-in customers with hose and hydraulic solutions
· Coordinate jobs with mobile technicians and head office
· Manage stock, orders, and workshop supplies
· Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers
About You
· Previous experience in hose & fittings / hydraulics (tech background ideal)
· Good product knowledge and customer service skills
· Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
· Organised, reliable, and safety-focused
· Clear communicator and approachable with customers
· Preferably located south of the river
