Conditioned For Football (C4F) is expanding ahead of the 2026/2027 season, and we're looking for exceptional coaches and football leaders to join our growing academy across South-East Melbourne.
With continued growth across both our Bentleigh and Casey locations, we are now recruiting for a number of coaching and leadership positions.

Positions Available
We are currently recruiting for:
- Head of Football – Bentleigh
- Head of Football – Casey
- Phase Lead – Foundation (U7-U9)
- Phase Lead – Development (U10-U12)
- Phase Lead – Performance (U13+)
- Head Coaches
Leadership positions involve mentoring coaches, overseeing player development within your phase, maintaining coaching standards and working closely with the Director of Football to continue driving the academy forward.
About the Role
Depending on your position, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, structured training sessions
- Lead academy teams on game days
- Create engaging, challenging and enjoyable learning environments
- Develop players both on and off the pitch
- Communicate professionally with players, parents and staff
- Contribute to session planning, player reviews and academy standards
- Represent C4F with professionalism and integrity
Weekend availability is essential, with successful applicants required to be available on either Saturday or Sunday.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- AFC C Licence (or currently working towards attaining one)
- Previous playing and/or coaching experience
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Reliable transport
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for youth player development
