Production Manager – South Morang
Lead production operations at Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network, with real pathways to senior leadership and beyond.
Your role will include:

Overseeing and managing daily production workflow across the repair centre

Leading, motivating and developing your team

Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are consistently met

Problem-solving and meeting key production deadlines

Delegating tasks and driving team performance
What we're looking for:

Previous management experience in the collision repair industry

Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills

Ability to motivate and get the best out of your team

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly regarded
