As our Brisbane team continues to grow, we are looking for two enthusiastic Allied Health Assistants to join us—one servicing Brisbane Northside and one servicing Brisbane Southside.
You'll be supported by experienced Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, strong collaboration systems, and a genuinely supportive team culture that values professional development and innovation.

The Role
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work alongside our clinical team to support NDIS participants across Brisbane to achieve meaningful goals and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering therapy programs under the direction of allied health professionals
- Supporting clients in their homes, schools, workplaces and community settings
- Assisting with skill development and capacity-building activities
- Collecting session data and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting clients to engage in meaningful activities and achieve individual goals
- Building positive relationships with participants, families and support networks
- Managing your own schedule with autonomy and support
What We're Looking For
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
