We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administration Specialist to support our product catalogue, vehicle fitment database, and day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information, matching parts to vehicle applications, processing administrative records, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems.
Flexible Hours Monday-Friday
$25-$30 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Catalogue new automotive products and maintain accurate product and vehicle fitment data.
- Match parts to vehicle applications using supplier catalogues, OEM references, and technical documentation.
- Research, verify, and update product specifications, interchange numbers, and fitment information.
- Create and maintain product listings across eCommerce platforms and internal systems.
- Process data entry for invoices, freight documentation, and business records.
- Assist with freight administration, shipment tracking, and record maintenance.
- Identify and resolve catalogue discrepancies, duplicate records, and data errors.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
- Support new product launches and catalogue improvement projects.
- Provide general administrative and business support as required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong data entry and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and business systems.
- Ability to research and interpret technical information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in automotive parts, eCommerce, cataloguing, or administration is highly regarded.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automotive catalogue or data sorting systems.
- Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts.
