We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Retail Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE:

Coordinate store communications on stock movements, seasonal deliveries, sale plans and business updates

Support stock takes, reconciliations and cycle counts, and provide advice on deliveries, adjustments and SAP processes

Manage David Jones and Armani POS reconciliations to ensure sales and inventory alignment across both systems
-
Prepare weekly, monthly and PTD sales reports covering performance, negative stock and actual vs budget
-
Own the SAP BI reporting suite, identifying improvements in partnership with the Retail Manager

Manage seasonal store uniforms, including ordering, inventory, dispatch, acknowledgements and returns

Review and approve the monthly defective stock report

Provide operational support for packaging, uniforms, stationary and other ad hoc store requests

Assist with new store openings, pop-ups and staff sale activations.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
-
1-2 years in a similar role
-
Tertiary education in Business/Fashion or similar discipline (not compulsory)

Well-versed in retail sales, preferably luxury fashion
-
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Commercial acumen
-
Microsoft Office, SAP, POS and BI Experience
-
High level of communication skills (written and verbal)
