This is a full-time,
fully remote role where you'll help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for contractors and employees across our business.
You'll be part of a fun, supportive team that values collaboration, celebrates success, and genuinely enjoys what we do.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating exceptional onboarding experiences for contractors and employees.
- Guiding new starters through compliance, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinating travel, training, inductions, and workforce logistics.
- Managing onboarding systems, records, and employment compliance.
- Supporting contractors throughout their journey with Sigma.
- Being the go-to person for onboarding support, advice, and problem-solving.
Most importantly, you'll help ensure every person we place feels supported, informed, and ready for success.
What you will bring:
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with HR, recruitment, onboarding, administration, or workforce coordination.
- Confidence building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
