Royal Freemasons Centennial Lodge is currently recruiting two to three passionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to become valued members of our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working in aged care as Enrolled Endorsed Nurse including experience using ECase

Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
A genuine willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive team environment

Availability to work a minimum of 2 to 3 shifts as outlined in the roster requirements

Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently undertaking further nursing studies and can commit to the required roster
Your Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needs
-
Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policies
-
Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systems

Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered Nurse
-
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
-
Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelines
-
Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing
-
Work collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomes

Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment

Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
