Vevoke is one of Australia’s most dynamic and highly respected importers and distributors of premium stationery and lifestyle goods from around the world.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven individual to support our Sales and Marketing Leaders in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.
This role plays an important part in how we manage and use customer data, reporting, and systems to support day-to-day operations and identify new opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain strong exposure to how a growing wholesale business operates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing our CRM system to ensure data accuracy across the business, while working to improve its functionality across a range of initiatives
- Preparing sales and marketing reports across customers, products, and brands
- Identifying and feeding new business opportunities to the sales team
- Assisting with customer enquiries (product, web, and general support)
- Supporting accounts receivable follow-up where required
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in getting the details right. You should be comfortable working with data and systems, and interested in finding ways to improve how they are used across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy working with i.t. systems, data & reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
