Truck Driver / Factory Hand – HC or MR Licence

Frame-Tek Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver / Factory Hand to join our growing manufacturing team. This varied, hands-on role combines the safe delivery of prefabricated steel framing products with factory and yard duties.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
- Day Shift: 6:30 am–2:36 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm–10:10 pm
Overtime may be available or required to meet production and delivery demands.
About You
- Hold a current HC or MR driver’s licence
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and willing to assist with hands-on factory duties
- Take pride in delivering quality work and excellent service
Skills and Experience
- Experience driving heavy vehicles
- Safe loading, securing and unloading of materials
- Good knowledge of road safety and fatigue-management requirements
- Ability to complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Previous factory, manufacturing or steel-framing experience is an advantage but not essential
- Forklift licence is desirable but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport prefabricated steel framing products to customers and job sites
- Load, secure and unload products to prevent damage during transport
- Complete pre-start checks and maintain the vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition
- Complete delivery documentation and follow planned schedules
- Communicate professionally with customers, site personnel and team members
- Assist with assembling and manufacturing steel-framing components when required
- Safely operate grinders, riveters, drills and other factory equipment
- Maintain clean and safe truck, yard and factory work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
