The Team & Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting and onboarding talent across Peninsula Health’s Nursing, Midwifery and Mental Health portfolios. Working within the Nursing Recruitment Team, part of the Workforce Bureau, you will support the delivery of effective recruitment strategies that enable timely, equitable and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will identify workforce needs, provide end-to-end recruitment support, and help deliver recruitment solutions aligned with organisational priorities. Operating within a centralised recruitment model, you will manage the full candidate journey—from advertising and screening through to interviewing and onboarding.
As a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, you will provide proactive communication and support throughout the recruitment process, helping to create a positive candidate experience and seamless onboarding journey.

Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, or progress towards a relevant qualification.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar recruitment and onboarding platforms.
An understanding of Nursing & Midwifery and/or Mental Health Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) is highly regarded.
