Your New Domain Operating on a FIFO basis from Adelaide, you will be the heartbeat of the village, taking full operational and financial ownership of the site. Your day-to-day will involve:

Total Site Leadership: Overseeing daily village operations across catering, accommodation, and contracted site services.
•
Commercial Management: Owning the site P&L with a sharp, strategic focus on labor overheads and food costs.
•
Team & Culture: Leading, coaching, and fostering a bulletproof safety culture among your on-site staff.
•
Client Relations: Acting as the primary liaison on the ground to deliver exceptional service and maintain top-tier client relationships.
•
Systems Management: Running accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS).
What You Bring to the Table You are a resilient, hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance commercial targets with an exceptional guest experience.
•
Experience: Proven management background in remote site operations, large-scale hospitality, or hotel management.
•
Financial Acumen: A strong track record of managing site P&Ls, food costs, and rostered labor.
•
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accommodation reservation software (VAMS, SAMS, RMS, or similar) and strong general computer literacy.
•
The Extras (Highly Desirable): A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a current Manual Driver's License, and a Forklift ticket will put you at the top of the pile.
