Deliverables :
End-to-End Delivery Accountability

Own the planning, execution, and delivery of initiative sacross BAU and Project delivery for Advice Technology
platforms -
Ensure delivery aligns to scope, timelines, budget, and
agreed business outcomes
Delivery Planning & Prioritisation -
Facilitate Discovery/Inception workshops across
underlying delivery teams ensure work progresses to
delivery in a timely manner, ensuring work estimations
drive forecast delivery planning. -
Balance regulatory, run, and change priorities
effectively
Stakeholder Management -
Build strong relationships with Advice, Compliance,
Operations, and Technology stakeholders -
Provide clear, concise reporting on delivery status,
risks, and outcomes
Governance and Risk Management -
Ensure adherence to delivery governance, risk frameworks, and controls

Proactively identify, manage, and escalate delivery
risks and dependencies -
Financial &; Vendor Management

Operate within delivery budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Oversee third-party/vendor delivery outcomes and performance
Agile &; Delivery Practices
Drive adoption of Agile and cross functional delivery

Ensure consistent use of delivery standards, tooling,

Cross-Platform Integration

Coordinate delivery across systems such as:

Lead and mentor delivery practitioners (BAs,

Qualification :
- Proven IT / Digital senior delivery experience.
-
7+ years working in the Financial Services industry.

5+ years IT/Digital Tech experience
managing hybrid teams who operate across
Project and BAU delivery -
Required: Degree qualified in areas of
Technology, Engineering, Finance, and
Information Systems. -
Desired: Project Management Methodologies
(PMBOK and / or Agile e.g., Certified Scrum
Master or SaFE)
