SuccessVisa is an established Australian migration and education consultancy with offices across Parramatta, Toongabbie, Melbourne CBD and Werribee. We assist clients with Australian migration, education and visa services.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive who can actively generate new clients, increase enquiries and drive footfall to our Melbourne office.
The role will focus on building strong community networks, generating leads and converting marketing activities into client appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and increase client footfall and appointments.
- Develop marketing strategies targeting Indonesian, Filipino and Chinese communities.
- Build relationships with community organisations, businesses, referral partners and local networks.
- Conduct community outreach, networking and promotional activities.
- Organise and participate in seminars, events and information sessions.
- Follow up leads and work with the migration team to convert enquiries into clients.
- Track lead generation, appointments and marketing performance.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.
- Proven ability to generate leads and attract new clients.
- Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven and confident in face-to-face marketing.
- Knowledge of Melbourne's multicultural communities.
Highly Desirable
- Existing connections within Indonesian, Filipino or Chinese communities.
- Fluency in Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese or Tagalog/Filipino.
- Experience in migration, education, student recruitment or other client-focused industries.
What We Offer
