Located at Westmead Hospital, our team supports BreastScreen NSW Sydney West and other vital breast health programs, helping improve outcomes for women across Western Sydney and the Nepean Blue Mountains region.

What you'll be doing
As a Multi-Skilled Administration Officer Level 3, you will provide professional administrative support across a range of Westmead Breast Cancer Institute programs. This dynamic role combines front-line patient interaction with essential back-office administration, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional customer service through reception, telephone, email and appointment coordination activities
Manage patient administration processes, medical records and data entry while maintaining privacy and confidentiality requirements
Support service operations through report preparation, meeting coordination, agenda and minute preparation, and documentation management
Utilise Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems to maintain accurate records and support service delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Western Sydney Local Health District to ensure efficient patient care and administrative excellence
Who we're looking for
We are seeking an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys making a genuine difference in people's lives. You will bring strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities while supporting patients, families and clinical teams.
Experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, patient services, medical records management, Cerner Millennium, iPMS and Microsoft Office applications will be highly regarded.

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated good computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience in the use of computer hardware, various electronic administration systems and databases, including proficiencies in Cerner Millennium & iPMS.
