Join Country Health Connect as an Administration Officer and provide high-quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff and visitors in Naracoorte.
Working as part of the administration team, you will provide reception and general clerical support, coordinate appointments and enquiries, maintain accurate records and assist health professionals and programs including Aged Care Assessment and Home Support. You will also undertake a range of administrative functions including data entry, correspondence, accounts processing, bookings and records management.

You are an organised and customer-focused administration professional who communicates confidently with a diverse range of people. You can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and work effectively with minimal supervision. You bring strong computer and data entry skills and a professional, adaptable approach to supporting clients and colleagues.
To succeed in the Administration Officer role, you will:
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Have experience in data entry, Microsoft Office and reception and medical records environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads, manage fluctuating service demands and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy when managing administrative information, client records and data.
- Be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and manage sensitive or challenging situations appropriately.
Country Health Connect provides community-based health and care services across the Limestone Coast, supporting people to maintain their health, wellbeing and independence. As part of the Administration Naracoorte/Lucindale team, this role supports clients, health professionals and programs including Aged Care Assessment and Home Support through responsive and effective administrative services.
