We’re Hiring | Experienced Female Disability Support Worker
Fire 4 Change is currently seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
Please note: This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven experience supporting participants and who is confident working independently from day one.
We have an immediate start available for the right person supporting a female participant across Ipswich and Brisbane.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support, including:
- Personal care Community access Assistance with daily living tasks Meal preparation Domestic assistance Medication support (where applicable) Building genuine rapport while promoting independence
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker (essential) Confidence providing personal care (essential) NDIS Worker Screening Check Blue Card Current First Aid & CPR Current Driver’s Licence Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle Strong communication skills The ability to work independently and follow support plans Immediate availability preferred

Pay: $36.00 – $46.00 per hour
