ABOUT CARE COMPASS COLLECTIVE
Care Compass Collective is an NDIS provider delivering person-centred disability support across Queensland. We specialise in psychosocial disability and mental health support, helping participants build independence, confidence and a life that feels meaningful to them.
Our support workers don't just show up and tick boxes. They genuinely partner with the people they support, building real skills, real connections and real progress toward what matters most to each individual. If you care deeply about doing this work well, we'd love to meet you.
