The Role
We are seeking a Brand Creative Manager to lead the visual and brand expression of Oroton across every customer touchpoint.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will shape how the brand comes to life through campaigns, content, retail experiences and brand storytelling. Working closely with our Creative Director, external creative partners and in-house team, you will balance creative vision with commercial outcomes, ensuring every execution reflects Oroton's evolving identity and premium positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the evolution and execution of Oroton's brand positioning and visual identity
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all campaign, content and communication outputs
- Shape the creative vision for seasonal campaigns, new collections and key brand moments
- Partner with the Creative Director and external creative partners to develop compelling campaign narratives
- Lead the visual direction of content shoots, retail activations and brand campaigns
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Champion digital-first storytelling across social, retail, eCommerce and owned channels
- Manage and evolve brand guidelines, playbooks and tone of voice documentation
- Contribute to the creative direction of events, product launches and brand activations
- Mentor and lead the creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Partner closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise and Retail teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences
What we are looking for:
The successful person in this role will live and breathe the ethos of Oroton, and will demonstrate the following:

5+ years' experience in brand, creative or campaign leadership roles
- Experience within fashion, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns
- Demonstrated creative direction experience across photography, content and campaign production
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling and content creation
- Experience managing creative teams and external agency partners
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into compelling creative ideas
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple teams
