About the Role
The Production Manager is responsible for the provision of all production management services and technical support to enable safe and effective delivery of the Festivals & Events program. The Production Manager is responsible for monitoring risk assessments and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation action is taken for all events within the Festivals & Events program, alerting appropriate Senior Production staff when risk mitigation actions are required. The Production Manager works with the Senior Producer and Producers role to develop a framework for the delivery of the Darebin Event Permit program and towards implementing best practice risk and safety processes that are used across the entire organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in event/festival production and operations
- Experience and strong understanding of risk management, compliance and safety planning for events
• Knowledge of event permitting processes and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of event permitting processes and regulatory requirements
- Victorian Driver’s License required
