WiSE Medical is seeking a motivated and capable Radiology Administration 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support the growth and daily operations of our Radiology department.
This role plays an important part in ensuring Radiology operations are efficient, well-coordinated, and consistently delivered to the standards and practices established by the Radiology Lead. Working closely with the Radiology Lead, the 2IC will support daily workflows, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver exceptional patient care through strong organisation, attention to detail, and effective team support.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a private radiology practice (required)
- Previous experience in medical administration or healthcare (highly desirable)
- Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused approach
- Understanding of medical terminology and the Australian healthcare system
- Experience with billing, payment processing, and invoice creation
- Previous leadership experience, or experience supporting, mentoring, or coordinating team members (desirable)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and proficient touch typing skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare privacy and confidentiality requirements
