About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher at our Beresfield centre, you will:
- Lead and implement high-quality, play-based learning programs
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best-practice pedagogy
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement across the centre
- Support and empower educators through collaboration and leadership
About You
- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or enrolled and nearing completion)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Warm, engaging, and committed to high-quality outcomes for children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about reflective practice, innovation, and professional growth
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
