We are looking for a switched-on Administration Officer who works quickly, takes ownership and delivers results.
The Role
You will manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to active services.
This includes coordinating bookings, maintaining client pipelines, completing follow-ups and re-engaging clients who have stopped attending.
You will often be the first person clients, families and support coordinators speak with, making this role critical to both the client experience and the growth of our services.

Previous administration, healthcare, disability, allied health or CRM experience is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate pipelines across our CRM and allied health platform
- Run client nurture and re-engagement projects
- Contact clients who have stopped attending and assist them to return to services
- Monitor outstanding actions and ensure nothing is missed
- Communicate with clients, families, support coordinators and practitioners
- Identify problems and improve administration processes

Location
This is a full-time, office-based role in Gregory Hills, Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
This position is not hybrid or remote. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Gregory Hills.
Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 package, depending on experience.
