Steps & Strides is currently seeking Child Care Educators for an In Home Childcare a role in Frankston.
Hours:
Full days Mon - Fri available. Up to 38 hours or less if the role is shared.
Role:
Education and Care of a 6-year-old boy with ASD Level 3 and ADHD. He is home schooled by his family. It is preferrable that in addition to a passion for Early Education and Care, you also have an interest or hold qualifications in individual support or experience working with neurodivergent children.
Steps & Strides works with children and families across Victoria providing In Home Child Care, Disability Support and Nanny Services to children of varying ages and abilities. You will be supported by Steps & Strides throughout your placement.
You must hold
- a Certificate III in Early Education and Care or be currently studying in the field (for this role the family is unable to cover wages for Diploma or higher qualification and is only seeking Certificate 111 qualifications).
- a current Working With Children Check and Police Check
- a current First Aid certificate
- and have a reliable method of transport and Victorian Driver's License.
