Join Amazon Energy Australia, a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in residential & commercial solar and battery solutions across Victoria.
We are expanding and looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generator to visit businesses across Metro and Country Victoria and generate high-value commercial opportunities.
The Role
This is an on-the-road role.
You will be:
- Visiting businesses across Metro and Regional Victoria
- Engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Generating commercial solar & battery leads
- Booking qualified appointments for our senior sales team
This role is suited to someone who is ready to take on a challenge, push themselves, and step outside their comfort zone. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners, handling objections, and creating real opportunities. If you are hungry to earn serious money and are not afraid of hard work and face-to-face conversations, this is a strong income opportunity.
You will represent Amazon Energy professionally and confidently in face-to-face interactions.
Pay Structure
Base Rate:
$30–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Commission:
Uncapped commission structure based on performance.
Our top lead generators earn $10,000–$15,000 per month in commissions on top of their hourly rate.
About You
- Confident speaking to business owners face-to-face
- Must have proven B2B sales or lead generation experience in Australia
- Previous B2B, door-to-door, or appointment setting experience preferred
- Self-driven and target focused
- Comfortable travelling across Victoria
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Driver’s licence required
- Reliable car
