You will be working alongside an experienced print team and working in one of the top Apparel Printing/Production facilities in Australia with some of the most elite equipment and some of the most advanced technologies globally in the screenprint industry.
We are seeking someone with Manual and Auto screen-printing experience. But also, someone who is keen to working a continuously growing company who is willing to be open minded about print method and techniques.
Responsibilities:
· Creating amazing, positive & memorable experiences for clients every single day.
· Devote the whole of your time, attention and skill during working hours to perform your duties.
· Follow and comply with all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by the leadership team.
· Keeping your work place and any other general areas that you are responsible for in a clean and organized manner.
· Being well presented, dressing for your position.
· To maintain a level of training appropriate for your position.
· To meet with your leadership team when requested.
· If you are responsible for an email then replying to emails promptly, within the day.
· Working effectively and efficiently on your own.
· Filing and maintenance of all types of records manually and electronically.
· Understanding the process of Screen-printing from start to finish.
· Adhering to the PSI Vision, Mission, Values and CULTURE.
Role Tasks:
· Updating Procedures and Systems.
· Implementing and developing strategies to meet and exceed the required results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Keeping the high-quality standards that PSI already upholds.
· Making sure all jobs meet client’s completion date and commitments.
· Organizing your day and operating from the Print schedule.
· Reporting throughout the day/week and month on your KPI’S.
· Giving and receiving constructive feedback.
· Commitment to continuous growth & improvement in your role.
· Implementing safe work practices and constructing risk management.
· Collecting daily job list from your team Leader.
· Updating the systems – Google spreadsheets, print schedule, and the online order system regularly throughout the day.
· Checking details of the jobs before starting.
· Notify your leader immediately (the same day) of late jobs.
Requirements:
· Certificate in related field preferred but not essential.
· 3–5+ years’ hands-on experience in screen printing, textile printing, binding, or finishing operations preferred but not essential.
· Good time management and reliability.
· Having a passion and drive for Design and Apparel.
· Being fast clear and decisive.
