The Crows have thousands of members. This is the role that keeps every one of them looked after.
This role is based at our West Lakes headquarters, working on-site with the Membership team. You’ll be close to the systems, the members, and the people who make membership happen, and you’ll be part of the buzz on AFL and AFLW match days, which are part of the role.
The Membership team keeps one of the Club’s most important relationships strong: the connection between the Crows and our members. It is a busy, service-focused team that owns everything from the membership database to fulfilment, payments, and the experiences that make members feel part of the Club.
The Membership Operations Officer keeps our membership database accurate, secure, and running smoothly day to day. You’ll process and protect member data, help deliver fulfilment and payments on time, resolve member questions with care, and coordinate the Club’s Member Engagement Panel. It is hands-on work that members feel directly.
- Maintain the membership database so records stay accurate and member data stays protected
- Process payments and manage payment plans across mail, counter, phone, and email
- Prepare regular membership reports that support renewal, acquisition, and sales campaigns
- Administer the fulfilment program and coordinate deliveries with our external provider
- Resolve member enquiries by phone and email quickly and professionally
- Coordinate the Member Engagement Panel, including meetings, agendas, minutes, and travel for interstate members
- Support membership events and game day activations that bring members closer to the Club
- Take pride in getting the details right, especially with data
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems with care
- Stay organised when things move quickly and priorities compete
- Communicate clearly, in writing and in person, with everyone from members to executives
- Like coordinating the moving parts of meetings, logistics, and events
- Are comfortable with everyday technology and happy to learn new systems
- Have experience with Archtics or exposure to other ticketing platforms
- Can be flexible around peak periods, including AFLW and AFL match days
Working at the Adelaide Football Club means being part of something bigger than a job. Your work will be seen, felt and experienced by fans, partners and the broader community. We expect a lot, but we give a lot back.
- Additional ‘Crows’ leave days each year to help you recharge
- Free access to our gym, pool, and yoga classes to support your wellbeing
- Flexible working hours to help you balance work and life
- Ongoing professional development to build your skills and grow your career
- Membership perks include tickets to AFL, AFLW, and SANFL games
- Exclusive discounts through our sponsors and partners
