To fully support you, we have structured this position to include two days of hands-on contact time guiding our classrooms and three days of non-contact time for your management responsibilities. About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Collaborate with educators and provide curriculum inspiration, advice and guidance to ensure positive learning and developmental outcomes for all children at the service.
Lead and monitor the development and implementation of a quality and effective educational program at the service.
Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs.
Ensure that children's learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the approved learning frameworks.
Guide and develop the educators and families' understandings about play based learning and the significance of the early years in the education continuum for children.
