A major new warehouse operation launching in three weeks is seeking reliable, professional Refrigerated Truck Owner/Drivers to join our brand-new logistics network. We have immediate openings for dedicated sub-contractors looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday local work, offering an excellent work-life balance and stable ongoing revenue.Schedule and Route Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 6–7+ hours per day (Fixed daily runs).
- Work Area: Morning pickup from a modern warehouse facility near Lidcombe, delivering to the Greater Sydney region (primarily the Blacktown area).
- Daily Workflow: Complete roughly 15–20 drops to local grocery stores, independent shops, and restaurants.
- Finish Time: Strictly finished by 5:00 PM at the latest. No return to the warehouse is required at the end of the day unless handling a frozen food return.
Vehicle Requirements:
- Must own a clean, sanitary 3-pallet refrigerated truck.
- Must feature a highly reliable, regularly serviced fridge/freezer unit.
- Ability to pre-cool the vehicle prior to loading.
- Equipped with functioning temperature monitoring tools.
Compliance & Equipment Requirements:
- Active Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Valid Public Liability Insurance.
- Valid Goods in Transit Insurance.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): High-vis vest and steel-cap boots.
- Smart device (iPhone/Android) capable of running delivery tracking and digital Proof of Delivery (POD) applications.
About You:
You are a punctual, professional owner/operator with a strong background in transport networks. You take pride in maintaining temperature-controlled food safety standards and delivering high-quality customer service to local businesses.
