World Wide Boat Brokers (WWBB) is a premium recreational and commercial yacht brokerage specialising in new and pre-owned vessels, with five locations across Australia and headquarters on the Sunshine Coast.
Led by Managing Director Ant Kovacevic, WWBB is committed to consistently achieving the best outcomes for buyers and sellers. Our team focuses on delivering personalised service, building long-term relationships, and making the buying and selling process as seamless as possible.
About the role:
This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for vessels, from prospecting and securing listings through to negotiating deals and closing transactions. You'll work closely with buyers and sellers, conduct vessel inspections, coordinate surveys and sea trials, prepare sales documentation, and liaise with surveyors, insurers, marinas, and boat yards as required.
What you'll be doing:
- Prospecting for new listings and clients
- Managing vessel listings and buyer enquiries
- Conducting client consultations and vessel inspections
- Coordinating sea trials, surveys, and handovers
- Negotiating sales and preparing documentation
- Providing market feedback and advice to clients
- Building relationships within the local marine community
- Attending boat shows, marina events, and industry functions
- Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about boats and the marine industry
- Previous sales experience
- Strong understanding of vessel types, specifications, and features
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online listing platforms
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
- Holds a valid driver's licence (boat licence or marine qualifications advantageous)
- Willing to travel and attend marinas, vessels, and industry events as required
