We are looking for dedicated Support Workers who are experienced in providing:
Personal Care (Assistance with Self-Care Activities)
Community Access
Daily Living Supports
Person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
Experience in Disability Support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card/WWCC)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable Motor Vehicle
Comprehensive Car Insurance
